Baptism is a time of public confession of faith in which you act out physically what God has done spiritually. It makes visible the invisible reality that has occurred in our souls.
Baptism is a sacrament. Sacraments are outward signs of an inward and invisible grace. This is a sign or symbol that points beyond itself to Christ’s redemptive work on the cross. Baptism points back and unites us with Jesus Christ, his death and resurrection. Baptism gives testimony and celebrates God’s grace in our lives.
You are ready for baptism if:
- You have given your life to Jesus and are ready to follow him fully.
- You are committing to do your faith with other followers of Jesus—you are going public.
Any youth or adult who wish to be baptized on April 21st or 22nd 2018 must watch four videos and fill out this application here. Any child wishing to be baptized must attend an in person class. Click here to find out when your campus is holding a child class.
