Local Serving

At Crossroads, through missions, we want to build and support relationships that create change; change in you by building your relationship with Jesus and change in our community and local ministry partners by supporting them and the work they are doing.

Serving our communities at a local level is a great way for you to respond to our ministry partners’ needs and learn more about what God is doing in our communities.

We want you to join our movement of Jesus like people doing Jesus like stuff at each of our campuses. Missions is the where the stuff is at! God is doing amazing work in the Twin Cities and we are invited to join Him!

There are opportunities throughout the year that you can participate in by praying, financially supporting, or by getting up and serving!

Each of our campuses offer unique opportunities.

A group of good friends and members of Crossroads Church started sending boxes in 2003 to members of our military overseas. We pack the boxes on the 2nd Saturday of each month at our Woodbury campus.

Every 3.5 hours, a baby in Minnesota goes home with a free bundle of 25 items produced by Bundles Of Love. Without this bundle, the baby would have nothing - no clothing, no bedding, and no diaper bag. The parents frequently are unable to provide these basic needs and our volunteers have come forward to help!

Calvary Baptist Church Drop-In Meal is a free meal served to anyone in need on Sunday afternoons from October through April. Typically 90-150 guests, from a variety of backgrounds, are served.

Loaves and Fishes mission is to provide nutritious meals to people who are hungry in the Twin Cities metro area in an atmosphere of hospitality at locations where the need is greatest

The Christian Cupboard Emergency Food Shelf (CCEFS) provides help for those in need in the Woodbury community. There are times in life such as a job loss or illness that puts you in a situation that you need help.

Open Door and Project Pantry exist to serve those in need and eliminate hunger in Dakota County. This is the largest non-profit food shelf in Dakota County. We assist in volunteering at the Pantry and hosting a community garden providing fresh produce for all clients.
