Our dream is that each person at Crossroads finds a place to serve both inside of the church and outside of the church. We dream this for your sake (everyone needs something meaningful to do) and for the sake of the world (everyone needs Jesus).

When we volunteer inside the building, we are helping people get to know Jesus by welcoming them into the building, mentoring their children or teen, and serving them hot delicious coffee, to name just a few. The weekends wouldn't even happen without the hundreds of volunteers who show up all 7 days of the week.

When we volunteer outside of the building, we a helping people see Jesus through good deeds. We are the church! When we give of our time and our resources, we show people God's love in tangible ways. They get to see a smiling face, feel a hug, share a meal, receive a letter, benefit from a sacrificial gift….all in the name Jesus! Small deeds done in great love changes the world one life at a time.
