Christmas List

“In case you wanted to know, Mommy, this is what I still need for Christmas.” This is what my daughter said as she handed me her chart that had broken down her wish list into three categories: food, toys, other. If it interests you, Danish cheese is on the top of her list, I kid you not.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle, we at Crossroads Eagan have a similar list that I thought I would share in case you have the ability to help with the need (due to the gifts He has given you!)

Laying Flooring: This Friday (12/16/11 - after 6pm) and Saturday (12/17/11 – all day) we have a volunteer that will be working all by himself on trying to lay the vinyl flooring in the café. If you have any experience in handy man work and would want to come and lend a hand - it would be much, much, much appreciated.

Volunteers for Christmas Eve (No Experience Required!) Our 5:15 service is almost void of volunteers. Greeters, Café & Children’s Ministry are all in need of help for that service. We will have a trained volunteer/staff with anyone that hasn’t done the role before, so don’t let that worry you. The 3:15 service still has some holes as well if that works better. Please consider attending one service and serving at the other.

Invitations: We will have more invitations available for you to mail/give to friends and family this week. We also have the online option: Click here to go to our website for an e-vite or Facebook invitation to send to your friends.

Children’s Music: Don’t forget to come early to hear the children sing the first to songs of the service! They will practice at 9:15 if you’d like to take some close up pictures!

I am praying that His presence will be overwhelming this Christmas for you and yours.
