This Saturday is our last Second Saturday Living Out Love. Why? I’m so glad you asked! Living Out Love was launched as a way for our congregations to “test the serving waters”…our way of showing love to our communities! Over the past year, we had over 1,000 individual people walk in the door on a Saturday morning ready to serve. But now that we’ve tested the waters, we want to keep serving and growing. Instead of making the organizations fit into our schedule, we want to fit into their schedules. We want to expand Living Out Love to encompass every day of the week, not just the second Saturday of the month. We want Engage Groups, families, individuals, Fusion, One‐Eighty and Hang Time all serving ! That’s why we’ll be updating www.livingoutlove.org to include a calendar and places to serve. We’ll also have a Living Out Love newsletter that you can subscribe to so you can stay connected with serving opportunities. Look for all of these changes this fall! In the meantime, join us this Saturday and keep living out love by investing in those around you and inviting them to Crossroads!
