How do I stop recurring payments with ServiceU?

1. Click here, you should be rerouted to Service U.

2. Under “Existing Users” in the upper right hand corner enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by entering your e-mail address below. If we find you in the system, we will send you an e-mail with login instructions. (Please note that this e-mail will come from ServiceU.com, the provider of this online service.)

3. In the top left hand corner there are a list of options, “Home, This Payment,” etc., click on “My Payments”.

4. You are now looking at a history of all payments made to CrossRoads. Toward the left-hand side you will see “Giving to God’s work @ Crossroads” with the words “Edit” and “Stop Payments” highlighted in blue. Click on “Stop Payment”.

5. You will get a message in the middle of your screen that says: “Are you sure you want to stop the recurring set up for this payment?” Click OK.

6. You have effectively stopped recurring payments through ServiceU.

7. Log Out of Service U. (There is a small link to log out in the upper right-hand corner).
