Jesse and his wife Ally have been members of Crossroads Church since 2002. He has a passion for serving not only as an Elder, but also as head usher and a small group leader. Jesse has been an Elder since 2013 and has served as Chairman of the Elder Board since 2015.
In his professional career, Jesse is currently the Executive Vice President at KTI Inc which is a large domestic logistics company. Jesse and his wife Ally have 2 children, DJ and Olivia. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing basketball.
Sean has attended Crossroads since 2008, served on the board since 2013, and as Vice Chairman since 2015. Growing up in Golden Valley, MN, he attended Redeemer Covenant Church and has been a frequent camper and counselor at Covenant Pines Bible Camp. He and his wife Kim have 3 children and live in Woodbury. Sean is a Global Business Manager in Personal Safety Division at 3M Company, and has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, a Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University (Chicago, IL), and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Sean enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, and music.
Brian and his wife Michelle have been members of Crossroads Church since 2011. He has served as Treasurer since 2015 and has a passion for ensuring stewardship of the resources God has blessed Crossroads with and sustainability for the ministry’s future. Brian is a Finance Director for Red Wing Shoe Company. Brian and his wife, Michelle, have 2 children, Nevaeh and Levi. Brian enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and is a member of the Saint Paul Curling Club.
Rod and his wife Wendy have been members at Crossroads since 1994. In addition to serving on the Elder Board, Rod has been a part of the weekend tech team for over 20 years and has lead various small groups. Rod and Wendy have four adult children and two grandchildren. In his leisure time, Rod enjoys golf, reading and following all sports. Rod is a Senior Underwriting Director for Nationwide Excess and Surplus, a division of Nationwide Insurance.
Missy and her husband Trent have been members of Crossroads for 14 years. She loves being involved in all aspects of the church. Along with being the Elder representative for the Cottage Grove Campus she has led small groups, worked in Children’s ministry, Café and is a part of the Cottage Grove Impact Team as well as the launch team for the Hastings campus. Missy has a degree from SCSU in Public Relations and worked in Property Management prior to staying home with her kids. She has been married for 13 years to Trent and they have 4 kids; Owen(11), Liam(8), Jocelyn(4) and Regan(4). When she isn’t busy running her kids to activities you can find her at the local YMCA, playing volleyball, reading or trying to maintain her chaotic house ;)
Jim has attended Crossroads since 2012 and has served in the cafe ministry and as a small group leader. He and his wife Laurie have 6 adult children, 3 grandchildren and 2 on the way. Jim is an Executive Director with Ebenezer Senior Living working with economically and mentally challenged seniors. He enjoys fishing, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Bruce and his wife Laurie were charter members of the Covenant Church plant in Eagan and were a part of the transition to a campus of Crossroads in 2008. They have four adult children and three grandchildren. Bruce has served as usher, small group leader, on the tech team and Eagan Impact Team, and is currently serving on our denomination's Board of Pensions and Benefits. He is retired from Lockheed Martin. He likes running, biking, reading and fixing things.
Phil, as Lead Pastor, is the only non-elected Elder at Crossroads. He and his wife Laurel have been serving Crossroads since 1992. They have 2 grown children (both married) and 4 grandchildren. Phil loves the following: playing all racquet sports, drinking good coffee, fishing for bass, and hanging out with his family. Phil has a B.A. in Business from Bethel University, and a Masters in Divinity from Denver Seminary. He also serves on our denomination’s Executive Board.
